Thank you for shopping with prymalexa! We want you to love your custom jersey, but we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Products


All of our jerseys are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is personalized with your chosen design, name, number, or logo, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as size, color, or design preferences once production has started.


However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.


Eligibility for Return or Replacement


To qualify for a return or refund:


The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.


You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


The product must be unused and in its original condition.


Please email support@prymalexa.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our support team will review your request and respond promptly.


Refund Process


Once your return or replacement request is approved:


Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


For replacements, we will produce and ship your new jersey at no additional cost.

Items damaged through misuse or improper care


Order Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and we are unable to process cancellations or changes.
